Members of the Public :- Members of the public wishing to address the Council during the meeting must make the Chairman aware of their intention before the meeting starts.
Members of the public wishing to record the meeting are asked to notify the Chairman of their intentions so that appropriate arrangements can be made for the recording, in accordance with the Council’s Standing Orders and Recording of Meetings Policy. The meeting will be recorded by the Council but will not be distributed.

c) Restarting face to face meetings – setting up Risk assessments, Cleaning programs and care of staff and volunteers vs on-line meetings
d) Update on Marketing information relating to a potential application for Beadlow Manor Golf Club and development of 1500 Houses. This could be related to the screening application CB/18/01057/SCO . No planning application has been submitted.
e) Donation to Magpas – suggested donation to assist this service of £100 to provide PPE for medical teams.
f) Christmas tree and power to Green – approve cost outline provided to implement a power connection and a location to install a Christmas
Tree.(report attached)
g) Delegate or Approve purchase of a suitable lights, tree and associated items for Christmas Tree
h) Review cost and schedule of works for the Cemetery – Old St Mary’s Church (report attached)
i) Approve documents/agreement relating to The Green/ Flying Horse patch of land
