This is a list of Policies and Procedures the Council should follow. They are generally have a legal basis.
Relevant statures include the Local Government Act 1972, Localism Act 2011 and many others.

Clerks have access to a document on Local Council Administration as well as support from the Bedfordshire Association of  Local Councils (BATPC).
