Please note: due to the current Covid-19 Coronavirus situation, the Parish Council will meet virtually via Zoom (https://zoom.us/) Meeting ID: 833 3579 3638 as permitted in the The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 (“the 2020 Regulations”)

Members of the Public :- Members of the public wishing to address the Council during the meeting must make the Chairman aware of their intention before the meeting starts.
Members of the public wishing to record the meeting are asked to notify the Chairman of their intentions so that appropriate arrangements can be made for the recording, in accordance with the Council’s Standing Orders and Recording of Meetings Policy. The meeting will be recorded by the Council but will not be distributed.

a) Review and approve the co-option to Clophill Parish Council to fill the casual vacancies. Three expressions of interests have been made and candidate papers have been circulated prior to meeting.

b) Co-opted Councillors to sign declarations of office and consent form. Consent form confirms agreement to abide by the Code of Conduct and Standing Orders. Co-opted Councillors to join meeting

c) Co-opted Councillors to complete Members interests on Central Bedfordshire website.

d) The Lakes development – Update and review need for item to remain on Agenda

e)  Land at The Causeway – Update

f) Remembrance Sunday – direct Cllr Rodell to attend on behalf of the Parish Council and purchase of wreath.

g) Restarting face to face meetings – setting up Risk assessments, Cleaning programs and care of staff and volunteers vs on-line meetings

h) Review and approve purchase and install of a replacement reflective sign to be installed at entrance to Old Church Path

i) Campton and Chicksands Neighbourhood Plan – Formal Regulation 14 Consultation starting Thursday 24th September 2020 and closes on Wednesday 18th November 2020

j) Gravenhurst Neighbourhood Plan Consultation (22nd Oct to 16th Dec)

k) Website and Document Accessibility statements and standards. Clerk is working though statements and how documents could be improved. This may limit availability or the need to work additional hours.

l) Approve purchase and install of damaged parts for slide in Recreation Park (~£1,000)

l) Review of information in relation to works at Cainhoe Road/High Street. Registration of one plot of unregistered land (not enclosed/fenced) and approach landowner for other plot (not enclosed/fenced) to request acquisition. Note – the Council decided not to pursue this at the June meeting (19f) due to practically and cost but would review the situation if
needed.
