Please note: due to the current Covid-19 Coronavirus situation, the Parish Council will meet virtually via Zoom (https://zoom.us/) Meeting ID:  893 8015 5828  as permitted in the The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 (“the 2020 Regulations”)

Members of the Public :- Members of the public wishing to address the Council during the meeting must make the Chairman aware of their intention before the meeting starts.
Members of the public wishing to record the meeting are asked to notify the Chairman of their intentions so that appropriate arrangements can be made for the recording, in accordance with the Council’s Standing Orders and Recording of Meetings Policy. The meeting will be recorded by the Council but will not be distributed.

a) CB/20/03869/FULL Consultation Expires: 8/12/2020 Location: 83 High Street, Clophill, Bedford, MK45 4BE Description: Demolition of existing building down to the ground floor and construction of a new dwelling upon the existing footprint, with an attached single storey double garage with associated parking. Case Officer: David Gauntlett

For planning applications that are urgent and submitted between meetings power have been delegated to Clerk (with a proposed response circulated) to send comments to Planning.

a) Review and approve the co-option to Clophill Parish Council of a Councillor or Councillors to fill open casual vacancies. An expression of interest has been made and candidate papers have been circulated prior to meeting.

b) Co-opted Councillor(s) to sign declarations of office and consent form. Consent form confirms agreement to abide by the Code of Conduct and Standing Orders. Co-opted Councillor(s) to join meeting
c) Co-opted Councillor(s) to complete Members interests on Central Bedfordshire website.
d) The Lakes development – Update and review need for item to remain on Agenda
e) Neighbourhood Plan – Cllr Mantini
i. Selection of Service Provider and costs
ii. Updated plans, schedule, and costs (with potential scheme of delegation)
f) Request for meeting from Horizon Life to discuss development of Readshill Quarry for support for those across a range of environments aimed at groups needing support and care.
g) Street Names for Lakes Development (two to five required)
h) Streetlight removed from Jacques Lane – options
i) Replacement posts of sign by post office – cost approx. £600
j) Install and replacement post for entrance to Holly Bush
k) Install of Christmas Tree and Lights cost – £100
l) Approve purchase and install of damaged parts for slide in Recreation Park and install bank stabilisation (~£2,000) {from October meeting}.
m) Budget Review meeting schedule
n) Restarting face to face meetings – setting up Risk assessments, Cleaning programs and care of staff and volunteers vs on-line meetings
o) Review of information in relation to land Cainhoe Road/High Street.
With regard to registration of one plot of unregistered land (not enclosed or fenced) and approach landowner for other plot (not enclosed or fenced) to request acquisition update.
